(*) With the exception of Nokia 7650 which works only with Bluetooth devices specifically set up;
(**) Some Samsung mobile phones, including models Z510 and Z560, give out an intermittent signal once connected to the N-Com which, amplified by the system, can cause a ticking noise inside the helmet.
(1) The mobile phones with "NO" in the box "Intercom enabled", cannot be used only when the pilot’s and the rider’s helmets are intercom connected. These phones are fully compatible with the N-Com Bluetooth system if the two helmets are not intercom connected.
(2) The 4.0 software version allows the use of some mobile phone models while two helmets are connected by Intercom Bluetooth function (functionality not allowed by the 3.2 version).
Note
Should a mobile phone with Bluetooth system not be included in this list, first pair it up with the N-Com System using the Hand-free profile (HF) (see instruction manual) and check the main features (receiving and making phone calls). Should the main features not be supported, try again to pair up your phone and the N-Com system with the headset profile (HS) (see instruction manual).
Different versions of the software on the same mobile (upgraded software) may vary the functionality compared to what described in our instruction manuals.
Warning: Listening to other equipment should not interfere with driving the vehicle, which must be the top priority at all times. Carry out all operations on the electronic equipment and on the N-Com system with the vehicle stopped, in compliance with Traffic Regulations.
Warning: Listening at high volumes can distract you from driving the vehicle and may result in dangerous situations or reduce the ability to hear external noise. Adjust the volume before using the system on the road.
Warning: Adjust the volume of the N-Com system (if equipped) and of the audio sources connected to it to avoid audio reproduction at high volumes. Constant exposure to high audio volumes may damage your hearing.
